Kota Jantho – Baitul Mal Kabupaten Aceh Besar menyalurkan bantuan miskin insidentil kepada dua anak penderita penyakit kronis di Gampong Cot Jambo dan Gampong Cot Lhok pada Rabu (07/05).
Bantuan di Gampong Cot Jambo diserahkan langsung oleh Ketua Tim Penggerak PKK Aceh Besar, Hj. Rita Mayasari, kepada keluarga Muhammad Faiz Al-Arkhan (8), seorang anak yang menderita kanker darah. Sementara itu, di Gampong Cot Lhok, Kecamatan Montasik, bantuan diserahkan oleh Wakil Ketua TP PKK Aceh Besar, Nurul Fazli, S.Ag kepada Aisyah Fazilla (6), yang menderita penyakit bocor jantung.
Rita Mayasari menyampaikan bahwa bantuan ini merupakan dana zakat yang dikumpulkan oleh Baitul mal Kabupaten Aceh Besar, disalurkan kepada masyarakat yang sedang menghadapi situasi darurat atau tidak terduga, seperti penyakit kronis.
“Sesuai dengan data dari Baitul Mal Aceh Besar, hari ini kami menyerahkan bantuan kepada masyarakat yang memang sangat membutuhkan,” ungkap Rita.
Muhammad Faiz Al-Arkhan, warga Cot Jambo Kecamatan Blang Bintang, saat ini sedang menjalani pengobatan kanker darah yang menyebabkan matanya membengkak. Ia telah menjalani 25 siklus kemoterapi dan masih harus melanjutkan tahap lanjutan. Faiz berasal dari keluarga kurang mampu; ayahnya bekerja sebagai buruh tukang dan ibunya sebagai ibu rumah tangga.
Sementara itu, Aisyah Fazilla, warga Desa Piyeng Cot Lhok, Kecamatan Montasik, akan segera dirujuk ke Rumah Sakit Jantung Harapan Kita, Jakarta, pada Kamis mendatang untuk menjalani tindakan medis lebih lanjut.
