18 Nazhir Aceh Besar Terima Sertifikat Tanah Waqaf Priode Pertama
KOTA JANTHO – Baitul Mal Kabupaten Aceh Besar Berkolaborasi dengan berbagai Lembaga di Pemkab Aceh Besar secara resmi menyerahkan sertifikat tanah wakaf kepada 18 nazhir atau pengelola tanah wakaf di Kabupaten Aceh Besar pada periode pertama yang dilaksanakan dì Aula Kejaksaan Negeri Aceh Besar, Kota Jantho, Selasa (1 5/04/2025).
Penyerahan sertifikat dilakukan oleh Wakil Bupati Aceh Besar, Drs. Syukri, didampingi sejumlah pejabat, di antaranya Ketua Baitul Mal Aceh Besar H. Azwir Anwar,SE Kepala Kejari Aceh Besar Jemmy Novian Tirayudi, SH, MH, M.Si, Kepala Kankemenag Aceh Besar H. Saifuddin, SE, Kepala Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) Aceh Besar Dr. Ramlan, SH, MH, Ketua Badan Wakaf Indonesia (BWI) Aceh Besar Drs. H. Salahuddin, M.Pd, serta Asisten 1 Sekdakab Aceh Besar, Farhan, AP.
Dalam sambutannya, Wakil Bupati Drs. Syukri menyampaikan bahwa proses sertifikasi tanah wakaf memerlukan kerja keras dan sinergi yang kuat antar lembaga. la mengapresiasi dukungan dari berbagai pihak dalam mendorong percepatan proses sertifikasi
“Kami sangat bersyukur dan mengucapkan terima kasih <epada seluruh pihak yang telah berkontribusi sehingga hari ini dapat diserahkan sertifikat tanah wakaf kepada 18 nazhir. Ini bukan pekerjaan yang mudah, namun bisa dilakukan bila kita memiliki kepedulian tinggi terhadap keberadaan dan status tanah wakaf,” ungkap Bapak Syukri.
Kepala Kejari Aceh Besar, Jemmy Novian Tirayudi, dalam kesempatan tersebut menyatakan bahwa pihaknya menargetkan sebanyak 150 sertifikat tanah wakaf dapat diterbitkan sepanjang tahun 2025. la menegaskan bahwa kolaborasi lintas sektor menjadi kunci dalam menyelesaikan berbagai dokumen yang diperlukan.
Mudah-mudahan target ini bisa kita capai dengan dukungan yang telah terjalin baik selama ini antara lembaga pemerintah, keagamaan, dan pertanahan. Kita ingin tanah-tanah wakaf yang ada di Aceh Besar memiliki kepastian hukum,” tegas Jemmy
