Bantuan ini berasal dari dana zakat yang dikumpulkan oleh Baitul Mal Kabupaten Aceh Besar serta donasi dari Komunitas Muslim di Inggris (UK), yang disalurkan melalui lembaga kemanusiaan Islamic Relief Indonesia.
